ABOUT CROSSFIT LOTUS
Crossfit Lotus is the premier Crossfit training facility in Da Nang. It's the gym we always wanted to train in. Combining a little bit of luxury with elite coaching that's inclusive and friendly to all. we have created a box for shared suffering, fist bumps, high fives and celebrations on every PR.

    With coaches that are passionate about Olympic lifting you will get elite level coaching in this discipline.

    Build your cardio engine. Long cardio workouts to build endurance and test your stamina.
  • Gymnastics

    Learn to master bodyweight movements like handstands, muscle-ups, and core skills that build strength, balance, and control.
  • Crossfit Kids

    For kids aged 5 to 12 we introduce functional fitness and the 10 general skills of Crossfit.
OUR PROGRAMMING
We recognize and train the 10 general physical skills. Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
    The ability of the body's systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.
  • Stamina
    The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store and utilise energy.
  • Strength
    The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.
  • Flexibility
    The ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint.
  • Power
    The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
  • Speed
    The ability to minimize the cycle time of a repeated movement.
  • Coordination
    The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.
  • Agility
    The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another.
  • Balance
    The ability to control the placement of the body's center of gravity in relation to its support base.
  • Accuracy
    The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.
OUR FACILITIES
We are working hard to create the premier training destination in Da Nang.
600 m2 of Crossfit Goodness
300 m2 of gym space. Recovery rooms with Sauna, Ice Baths, Change Rooms, Retail, and Fuel Bar.
Weightlifting
10kg, 15kg, 20kg competition quality bars and calibrated plates in Olympic Lifting Colors await you. Fractionals as well as training plates in 2.5kg and 5kg for new lifters. We also have Jerk Blocks!
Sauna
Starting Oct 24th
Available every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Steam Sauna and Infared Sauna depending on what you like. If you like it hot the Steam Sauna can be worked up to 90 degrees.
Ice Bath
Starting Oct 24th
Available every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Each ice bath is paired with a Sauna so you can enjoy moving from hot therapy to cold therapy.
Coffee
Coffee is life as they say and although we love our Vietnamese short blacks with sweetened condensed milk and ice...we are from Australia so we all need a good latte in our life.
Protein Smoothies
Take your pick of protein smoothies. Our Sinh Tố (smoothie) is fortified with vanillla protein powder. Perfect for those post workout recoveries.
